Property Inspector | Home Inspector

We need someone who can visit the properties, introduce yourself then tell them the purpose of property visit. Please see the responsibilities below:

General Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a thorough visual examination of the property, both inside and outside, to identify any visible defects or concerns.

2. Taking extensive photos and videos, and directly reporting findings

3. Evaluate the condition of essential systems such as plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

4. Communicate inspection results to clients, explaining the significance of findings and answering any questions they may have

5. Provide a detailed inspection report that outlines the findings, including any issues discovered during the inspection
